Healthy for Life is a 3-week course designed to help you make resolutions that stick. We’ll approach three different areas of health — food, activity and lifestyle — and develop sustainable habits in each that you can take with you for the rest of your life.
Upon purchase, you’ll receive an introductory one-sheeter. Then, course materials will be emailed to the address you provide. On January 2 you’ll receive Week 1, January 9 brings Week 2, and on January 16 you’ll see Week 3.
